Cancellation policy 

Within your email or within our App you have the option to cancel your appointment. 

We accept cancellations up to 2 hours before your appointment. This allows other customers to book into that slot. 

Your online payment will leave your account when you book but will automatically be refunded to you when you cancel more than 2 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel less than 2 hours before your appointment you will be charged the full amount. 

Lateness policy 

Please be on time for your appointment. If you arrive 15 minutes or later than the appointment time, the barber reserves the right to start his next customer. If you are 15 minutes or later arriving for your appointment you will have to re-book a new appointment and pay up front again.   We can’t run late and make the next customer wait. 

Each barber is self employed and reserves the right to differ the cancellation policy. 

Please respect our barbers time. We only get paid when customers turn up their appointments. If you give us plenty of notice of a change or cancellation we can give your appointment to another customer and everyone is happy.
